RideLondon is offering British Cycling affiliated club teams places for this year’s event. Here’s your chance to ride the closed roads of London on 3-4 August 2019.
This post is to enable us to establish who would be interested in riding in a Fareham Wheelers team.
This is how it works, please check before expressing your interest via email:
A team comprises four riders
Every rider in a team must be a FWCC member
Every rider in a team must be a current British Cycling member
Teams can comprise four men or four women or a mixed team of two men and two women
Riders who hold an Elite or Category 1 British Cycling Race Licence are not eligible to enter the Club Challenge
Riders who have already secured an individual place through the original entry ballot or a charity place are not eligible to enter the Club Challenge
Riders will need to wear Club kit during the Club Challenge
Riders will need to register & pay the entry fee themselves
Once we have an idea of who wants to ride in club colours, we will apply for an appropriate mix of teams when the draw opens on the 25th March
Note – in the event of over subscription to the BC draw, entries will be awarded on a proportional basis, based on the number of British Cycling members at each club
If you are not a member of British Cycling, new members to BC can get 50% discount for their first year (code applicable)
To register your interest if you have not already done so via the FB Group post, email email@example.com
