Unfortunately, the club run is CANCELLED for tomorrow – 17th July. Hopefully normal service will be resumed next week.
The Met Office have issued an Amber weather warning of extreme heat that covers this area for all tomorrow, with the following advice:
“Population-wide adverse health effects are likely to be experienced, not limited to those most vulnerable to extreme heat, leading to potential serious illness or danger to life”
“Substantial changes in working practices and daily routines likely to be required”
The very hot spell of weather is expected to last into next week, so please take care whatever you do, and I hope to see you all on Sunday 24th.
